Rocky-K Log Homes is a full service contractor. From ICF foundation packages to full Turn-Key construction projects, we can do it all.
Log Package Construction
Often called "dry-in" construction or "shell construction". Our dry-in construction can include the foundation/basement and the log package shell, or just the log package contents. We meet with you to understand your needs and determine what part of the home construction you need us to do. Just as your floor plan is customized just for you, our construction services are customized for you, also! At the end of a ‘dry-in’, the homeowner typically takes care of interior finishing and mechanicals installation.
Insulated Concrete, ICF
We’re often asked, “Can a log home have a basement?” Absolutely! Just like any home, the building site will ultimately determine whether a basement is feasible. When it is, we recommend Insulated Concrete Formwork (ICF) for both basement and crawlspace foundation walls.
Rocky-K specializes in ICF foundation packages. This strong, energy-efficient construction method is the perfect complement to a log home, helping create a foundation that supports the comfort and efficiency of your home from the ground up.

Manufactured Stone
Manufactured stone is the perfect accent of nature for log homes. We can help you design and install your fireplace, foundation covering or accent areas. Many stone styles and colors to choose from; our displays also show how to achieve a unique look by combining stone styles. We also offer a range of wood burning, direct vent or vent-free gas fireplaces.
Turn Key Solutions
Many folks simply do not have the time to schedule and oversee the various sub-contractors needed to construct a home. This is why we offer our ‘turn-key’ service. You will still be involved in choosing finishing materials for your home, but we will do the scheduling and oversight of the work for you. Today’s technology makes it easier to have input without actually having to be ‘on site’ frequently, making the whole process more convenient for your schedule.
